Water on stage

This is not exactly an educational campaign about water but we wanted to introduce the SING FOR WATER, an organization founded by Helen Chadwick, a British musician and singer.

SING FOR WATER represents a large group of more than 800 people who love to sing in the UK. It was co-founded with the Thames Festival in 2002 to raise money for the WaterAid charity association
for developing water projects in poor areas of the world.

Over the last years, SING FOR WATER raises nearly 1 million dollar for projects in India, Burkina Faso, Ghana and Malawi, bringing clean or purified water, sanitation and hygiene education to thousands of people.

The next coming event “SING FOR WATER 2013” will be held in London. For more info, please visit: http://thamesfestival.org/get-involved/sing-for-water or http://www.wateraid.org/uk/get-involved/events/events/sing-for-water#/news-id-upcoming-events

SING FOR WATER also has its own Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/singforwater
If you like their page, you will be able to be aware of the next events to come!
